Here is where I described the two cameras that I use, the Canon EOS-1D and 1Ds. I also describe some of the lenses that I use to take most of the photographs displayed on this site.

Because my cameras are professional digital slrs, there are many steps to developing each shot. I describe those steps in this article.

After I've developed a shot, then comes the fun and challenging part of printing. This section describes the printer, inks and papers that I use in great (perhaps too great for most) detail.

After all of this trouble to take, develop and print a shot, you can perhaps understand why I'd rather work on one or two of the best from a session, and print it out as a large size onto a really nice fine art paper. Once printed, that print has to be protected, or it will be destroyed by light, humidity and pollutants. This is true of any photograph and other paper or canvas based work of art, so please apply the things you read on this page to the care of any such piece.

This page includes a compilation of the links I've provided throughout my site, as well as a few more that pertain to photography and fine art printing. If you are interested in digital photography, you may want to visit some of these sites.
